Architects who upload home architecture projects are required to upload a full Architectural Drawing Set containing all pertaining Architectural Construction drawings necessary for the construction of the building. The set of drawings in an Architectural setvyou purchase must and will include the following Drawings:

Floor Plans
Ceiling Plans
Elevations
Sections
Construction details

Some projects may include further design documentation pertaining to interior design and details such as:

Finish floor plans (showing materials, finishes, details, carpentry, etc)
Finish Ceiling plans (showing materials, finishes, details, carpentry, etc)
Interior Elevations (showing materials, finishes, details, carpentry, etc)
Carpentry design
Bathroom detail design
Kitchen Design
Partial Landscape Design (showing possible landscape or exterior arrangements or elements such as pergolas, patios, gardens, pool, social areas etc.)

It is important that you check what the set includes for every specific project as every specific project may vary in the additional documentation, which may affect the price as well.

Besides from the Architectural Set, which is what you are purchasing at homboo, a house project requires several other sets of documentations in order to be built. These other disciplines are the following:

Structural Set: Contains all drawings pertaining to the structural design of the house. This drawing set may or may not be included in the project your are purchasing. You must double check if so. Most of the cases in which this Drawings’ set is included in the project is when the house is built from using a lightwood framing or a light gauge steel framing, which can be designed by the same architect.

Electrical Set: Contains all drawings pertaining the electical engineering and design of the house. an electrical engineering project/drawing set is not included. However, electrical floor and ceiling plans showing where electrical power outlets, light switchers and ceiling lamps locations may be included (not to be confused with an electrical engineering project). An electrical engineer usually takes care of this part of the project and it is contracted either by your general contractor or by yourself in the casse you are running the contruction yourself.

Mechanical Set: Contains all drawings and documentation pertaining HVAC systems design of the hous e. As this is not a discipline excercised by the architect this part of the project is not included in the architectural drawing set. This part of the project is designed and proposed by a Mechanical engineer or a HVAC systems provider.

Plumbing Set: Contains all drawings and documentation pertaining to plumbing and water management design. As this is not a discipline excercised by the architect this part of the project is not included in the architectural drawing set. This part of the project is designed and proposed by a Civil engineer.
